Black tea brewed in milk

Aroma 5/5:  Sweet, gentle, milky

Colour 4/5: Bright brown

Taste 4/5: Sweet and gentle

Serving: 5/5

Additional notes: I found this tea too sweet. It disbalanced the flavours of black tea and sweetness.

A member of staff explained that it is their original brew.

 Would I recommend it: Yes

Dasi Masala Chai

Aroma 5/5:  Cinnamon

Colour 4/5: Dark amber

Taste 4/5: Spiced, tender cinnamon, bitter, leaving dryness in the aftertaste.

Ingredients: Whole leave tea blended with bay leaves, traditional spices cardamon, cinnamon, clove, ginger.  Best served with milk.

Serving: 5/5

Additional notes: The flavour was wonderfully balanced.

I did not add the provided sugar while drinking tea without milk.

If we look from the critical side, I would not add so many ingredients, but i would stick with a maximum of 3, to give space for all of them to be noticed.

It is black tea.

Rize Chai

Aroma 3/5:  Bitter

Colour 4/5: Dark amber

Taste 3/5: Bitter, face pinching

Ingredients: It is loose-leaf black Turkish tea.

Serving: 5/5

Additional notes: Taste-wise it was like a traditional black tea and there was nothing remarkable. Though serving was excellent.

It is brewed for 20 minutes before serving.

Trà Khô

Aroma 3/5:  Bitter

Colour 4/5: Bright amber

Taste 3/5: Gentle bitter at the beginning, but as we reached the bottom of the teapot, it turned very bitter and face-pinching drink.

Ingredients: It is loose-leaf green tea.

Serving: 5/5

Additional notes: It was a traditional green tea. Phrase Trà Khô translated from Vietnamese language to English means - dry tea. Based on the Vietnamese canteen description on the menu, it was described as Vietnamese dried tea.

I enjoyed the untraditionally small teapots, or cups. They looked very appealing.
